Lord Willing I will be posting some of my favorite recipes soon

These were super yummy and easy to make.  And look how wonderfully they baked up!

Follow the link above for the recipe.  I added broccoli to mine as you can see in my picture.

I freeze cookie dough on baking sheets using my pampered chef cookie scoop, toss in a ziploc and make a dozen cookies in a snap

Clarke’s Quiche

Best quiche ever.  I found the recipe on Allrecipes.com

Best Homemade Pierogi

3-2-1 Dough Recipe

makes 22-24

3 cups Flour

2 Eggs

1 cup Sour Cream

Potato filling

makes 22-24

2 1/2 cups Mashed Potatoes

1/2 lb cheddar cheese

salt & pepper.

2 Tbls scoop for the potatoes

4 inch cut and seal tool.

Roll dough to about 1/8 inch thickness.

Try not to over knead the dough or it will become tough

I do half of the dough at a time.

The 3 batch I do is from the leftover from

the first 2 rolls

Boil the pierogi, a few at a time just until they float

Once the pierogis are boiled, you can either fry them in butter now, or pat them dry and freeze them.

I like to freeze individually on cookie sheets, then slip them into freezer bags.  Otherwise you end up with a frozen blob instead of individual perogi.

We like our pierogis fried in butter and onions.  Please use real butter, don’t ruin your hard work by frying them in plastic...

ENJOY!
